2025 Newberry Women’s Lacrosse Prospect Day
The camp will offer the below:
- how to properly warm up
- speed / agility drill (we will time and document)
- stick work, footwork, and teaching of technique to help improve as a lacrosse player
- small-sided drills to help introduce important concepts
- admission presentation / campus tour with players
- possibly a weight room overview
